The scattered buildings imitate fallen stones that have come to rest at the foot of the valley. This creates different alleys and a center of the new village. The placement of the volumes results in a face of the village that does not face the road, but the ski slope.
There are different uses in the settlement: Apartments, restaurants and bars, hotels and shopping stores. The offer is complemented by the nearby gondolas and infrastructure. The apartments of different sizes can be either rented or bought. If you buy them, you commit to continue renting them when you are not there. This minimizes the vacancy rate. Public uses are located on the lower floors and all buildings are connected by a large garage.
Emphasis was placed on local materials and the apartments are kept simple with a focus on the view outside.
